Every time I personally watch a tiny house video weather its just an individual or a builder, or a village, I look for little acts of genius but mostly I look for thoughtfulness in the building. These folks don't live in a tiny house so I question if they've built anything that is thoughtful, and I still look for those acts. Steep stairs with no rails and ladders that are easy to climb but going down in the dark when you need to go and don't want to go in your PJ's. Houses for older, even elderly. The next time you go home to your standard home, when you get to your doorway, drop to you knees and crawl to your bed, and when you get up crawl back to the door and after a few nights of doing that you'll get tired of it fast. Try getting yourself a futon couch and sitting on it for a year, I promise it'll suck after a while. Now I know a standard flushing toilet is way cheaper then a composting toilet but a good amount of tiny house dwellers left the flusher by the side of the road because a composting toilet is by far better and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to use one. I have a mental list of red flags and I could go on and on about them but maybe I should just write a book.

What a totally enjoyable video. I can relate so much with Cheryl!!! The stuff was stifling me too after my husband passed. I still have more downsizing to do and went from a multilevel 2800sq ft home to a Casita trailer to a condo and now waiting for Incredible Tiny Homes to complete building my Woody tiny house on wheels!!! Tiny feels very comfortable and comforting. Less time taking care of stuff and more time growing and being. More is less.

They don't really live in that tiny home. They stay there once in a while. That's no problem, but they made it sound like they gave up everything and went small...but really they didn't.

You can swap the hinges on fridges to the other side, it’s not hard.

Just found your channel! I just had a tiny home built by ITH/ Incredible Tiny Homes! It is one of his Model homes that he has the Amish building. The Amish are in KY. They are truly amazing with their attention to detail. Are you guys familiar with Randy Jones who is the owner of ITH? I thank you for what you’re doing to help our people in this country that are struggling and suffering because they are in desperate need for a safe little home. I absolutely love love love the colors ! They are my fav also. They are inviting, calming and go so well together. I love the room in the bathroom also ! Geez if I was closer to retiring I’d be buying this ! I really like her Indian lady also ! So cool ! I usually don’t like them but this one I do ! Makes the area different! Who ever gets this sure is lucky !

Pretty good overall. Giving up over a foot of length to put the stairs away is a bit of a goof.

It depends who my neighbors would be if I would like to live in a tiny Community or not. Born and raised in the country and didn't have what a neighbor model to away I'm not used to living in somebody's face but I love people but it depends who they are and how noisy they are and of course their children. As far as living in a smaller home I'm planning and working on that as we speak.

Not a bad price for a good amount of living space. @ $141k that's about 2/3rds less than what I'm paying for my mortgage on my home, here in OVERPRICED and TAXED to death, California.

The stairs would make me very nervous as well as only having a railing by the loft bed.

100k for a house 1/5 of a regular house? That seems way overpriced for what appears to be pretty basic materials. The cost in materials would likely be about 35k. Yikes!
